Products are considered obsolete when D-TEG stopped distributing them for sale more than 7 years ago. 

D-TEG discontinues all hardware services for obsolete products. 

Service providers cannot order parts for obsolete products.

About vintage products

​

Products are considered vintage when D-TEG stopped distributing them for sale more than 5 and less than 7 years ago.

Vintage products can only receive limited hardware service.
